CJ and I are in the beginning stages of starting our own business: Extraction Coffee Co.

As most of you know, CJ and I have been interested in being part of the coffee community since The Casual Coffee Connoisseur began, and at this time in our life opening a full-fledged coffee shop is just not in the cards.

But we aren’t letting that stop us.

We want to bring the joy of quality, specialty coffee to your door-step. We want to bring you into the coffee community. We want to spread the word that coffee is more than just a drink — it’s a ritual, it’s a pause in a busy day, it’s a quiet conversation with a loved one.

In the coming months we will have more to tell you about this endeavor, and we hope that we keep receiving your support for Extraction Coffee Co. as we have received your support for The Casual Coffee Connoisseur.
